Agree about Jeffo but he may get his chance having to replace AJ or another forward. Wont be JVR or only Turner if injured or even perhaps Fritta. But definitely agree re Jeffo as having very good forwards skills along with Disco learning or having some already.

Plenty of time yet for McAdam he hasn’t had any time with no pre Xmas to stand him in good stead. Needs an intense few weeks now and practice games to be any chance for the early rounds.

Agree Johnson will not be a huge possession earner but his touches marks and handballs will be very good for the team and his other forwards. He will also take the premier opposition defender most likely that means JVR is not quite under as much pressure with Turner ( or Jeffo) the third banana. Happy days for Fritta and the others will also be able to be much more positive as forwards.

But if any are still available come July they are still equally eligible if there is a GFG ballot in certain ticket allocations I believe.

As I have previously pointed out our Caulfield base is in conjunction with Community development in that area. That will ensure that funding is much more available so local communities can g as in use of much of the facilities.

Yes a statement of protest before the result would have been sensible after it was known that MRO Christian dated he would resign if there was a case when Laura Kane over took the action to charge the AFL should not allow a Pies conflicted official like Gleeson to be anywhere near the case. It should be a rule in the tribunal and other cases that that’s not allowed. That should have been placed as a change for the AFL to make to their Tribunal cases in the future. Christian should also have been moved on at that time and replaced by an independent MRO Officer who had no history of Club affiliation. But to give up on the Club is weak and unproductive in the extreme.
