Nathan Jones will become one of our greats of the MFC and barring any injuries will hold his own to 300 plus games in 2020. Could end up with the most games played. He had a fair season and is still capable. Looking forward to him showing that he has something to offer the club next season. Nathan deserved a contract and his experience and professionalism is of value. Well done Jonesy.

Max Gawn is our rock our leader and leads from the the front everyone on our list should take a leaf out of his book as he gives his all week in and week out and that is why he is all Australian again. Yep! Making the finals and you are a chance even from 8th spot it is better than finishing with 5 wins and second last . A good number 2 pick would get you a ready made 18 yo that will play from game one. I am sure that the recruiters have something up their sleeve for an outside mid this time and maybe a forward, who knows as l don't want to speculate. It will certainly rejuvenate the list . Regardless the 8 is not a pipe dream in 2020.

That is so true the changes had to come and more on the way. IMO it somehow rejuvenates the list. Always looking to be better and l am hoping this to be.

Sometimes we make changes to our list or coaching staff that we like or hate and in this case IMO is a good get for us. Richo will help rejuvenate the list and will be a good support for Goody. That is only one small part of the puzzle the other is to Draft wisely a couple of seasoned boys and a good number 2 pick might land us a ready made recruit. We are on the right track. When l heard that A Richardson was joining us It was a kick in the guts for the Kangas who tried hard to sign him and a win for us in the end. Hopefully we can kick them in the guts a second time in as many days. Good guys don't always run last. He has made my day.

I wished that we had Jordan at the start of his career the type of person that would have been a leader of our club with his professionalism which we needed in our years of misery. Hoping that he stays on as a full time assistant coach.

OK and so it did however that doesn't exclude his determination or his efforts to chase an opposition down that saved a possible scoring chance IMO he always makes an effort and that to me is more than many of our players don't have. That determination.

Our players are very lazy and despondent and some with big heads although they might have an attitude they brought it upon themselves. IMO l cannot blame Goodwin for that as they have to take ownership.

If our players had the endeavour as Frosty has we would be in a better place than we are at the moment. Absolutely! Remember the chase that caught Petruccelle the fleet footed WCE player that tried to take Frosty on, Chased him down caught him and from the back of the jumper and dragged him like a rag doll, literally. Frosty is one of a few players that l feel comfortable about when he is picked to play.

Lever is playing his role well enough being rushed back into the side after a half a game with Casey. He is getting better with game time and his ACL is standing up to the pressures of Afl footy. Two more games to go and that is all you can hope for Lever to finish off the season well. IMO he'll be fine and there is no doubt that he is a vital cog to our cause.

If we beat Sydney the way we are travelling then they certainly will be tanking, However we tank without realizing that we are tanking. We are set in default mode.

We have had a season to forget and ain't that an understatement ? Yeh sure some older statesman in the side need to look at if they should continue on in 2020. However we can't get rid of them all as we have to keep some experience with older heads. My best passage of play today was the Hunt dribble to OMac where he collected the ball and side stepped an opponent and kicked a left foot snap from 30 metres. GOOOOAAAAL I screamed as l inhaled my chewy and literally choked I thought l was a goner. SERIOUSLY I live to tell the story. !

One big training camp and one that will shake the life out of them so to speak. I like Richo he would be a good fit with the Dee's. A fresh face with a good persona will be a tremendous acquisition for Goody to have around him. Richo is a well respected person and has an abundance of experience and l hope that we can entice him.
