Bottoming out means rebuilding. We trade for under 23s and draft picks. No point bottoming out to do s a semi top up whihc lasts 2 season,s only to have ot rebuild again in a short space. We need to do a proper rebuild, not a Danners rebuild. Sory Fev, no red and blue for you. If we land pick 1 or 2 (face it, one of them will be the dees this year) we should use it to select rich or Naita. Any players such as the named Brad Green, or others, should be dealt for picks or young developing players. Next 2 seasons will be rebuilding. I am not ruling out a talented over 23 in PSD, but trading our top picks for an over 23 during trade week is suicide.

I think this is one of 3 games we will win this season. Honestly, I think if we drop this one we are pretty much a reincarnation of the Fitzroy lions of the 1990s. (the dons could be an easy beat, but could have a few numbers back by the time we play them) Freo at the MCG is never a sure thing, some games they can play good footy, but i would not be backing them with any confidence. Have not watched it, and will not watch it. I can however make these predicitons for this "ben" fellow if he is anything like brent grgic. 1. Won't get anywhere near any action if there is any (will be seen spectating close by) 2. If there is a heated arguemnt that turns ugly, he will be nowhere to be seen. 3. If other housemates do the hardwork, he will have no problems putting on the minimal final touches, and thus taking credit for it. 4. Will be voted off, but given another chance, only to be voted off a second time due to his pea heart and lack of commitment.

Warnock looks a likely sort, only problem is his brother will probably get the axe at seasons end, so there is one less reaosn for him to come. Also, I have heard whispers of a few unhappy players around looking for a fresh start, including Brisbane's Troy Selwood. I am not saying Selwood would be picked over Warnock (robbie warnock has a big upside being a 21 year old ruckman- plus this allows us to trade Jamar and Delist Meesen), my point is there could be some REAL talent in the PSD. We hould get the best player in the PSD, that could be anyone by seasons end ( i bet carlton couldn't believe their luck when they landed Nick Stevens, what fortune will roll our way?) By the way, if the Tiggies are keen for a ruckman, I am sure we could offer them one.

Great news even if we have to put up with the filth form time to time. A home is a home, and this should make us an attractive destination fo out of contract players in the future. New facilties and a fresh start. AWESOME!!!

Trade the flash? Forget that! The flash needs to be a crumbing forward again. He is playing in the comps worse side, so of course his form does not look great. Like most of our players, they would look much better if we were wining games. Flash has too many good years of footy left in him to trade. Sure, Kerr is a GUN, but you have to look at what else players bring ot the club. Kerr brings attitude, a huge contract, and some real head problems. Flash is devlepoing into a leader for the indigenous kids are is great with fans (my mother dead set loves him, would trade me for him as her son if she could). Keep Flash!
