WOW, we have plenty of reasons to think that the dees will be a real danger in a few years time. I cant recall having so much young talent at any one given time! I would hate to be over 30 at the MFC, the exit sign would be nice and bright for you!

We are [censored] enough to land a gun at seasons end. We will get Naita, Rich or Watts, so what does it matter. Each of these little rippers will help us climb the ladder, and build a solid team to take on the flag in years to come. This is a GREAT year to finish with a top 3 pick, and you can bet your house the dees will land a top 3 pick!

He is still a gun player. The only way I would take him, is for John Meeson, and the Lions pay for 60% of his salary. We know this will not happen. Travis will ALWAYs be a demon, no matter what. But his time as a demon player is over.

I hate to [censored] on the party guys, but Newton has done NOTHING to suggest he will be a part of the new spine for the MFC. Sure, he has been under an injury cloud, but he has not taken the strides this year that he should of. Warnock was on the "lets delist" list a few months ago, look at what some hard work has done for his career. We need the same form Newton, otherwise he will join the long list of "KPP" that couldn't make the grade. I am all for Newton, but he needs to show us something special before this season closes.

The Dees will no doubt float the following guys on the market: Nathan Caroll Jeff White Mark Jamar Chris Johnson Paul Wheatley I am not saying any of these players should be traded. I am just wondering where they will fit in the grand scheme of things. I hope Wheatley stays, I just get the impression that with all these emerging backman coming through, Paul may find it tough down the track. Nathan Caroll will be floated on the market 100%, as he was last season. This time the dees will take what they can get. Love Nath, but Bails has a plan, and he is clearly not part of it.

Naita could be a ruck, CHF or FF. Also has speed to play a wingman type role. Too varied a talent to let slip. Would be happy with rich also.

This will see if the boy will sink or swim. Sadly, playing on big JB first game is a bit like being asked to swim with a anvil tied to you leg. We will soon see what this boy is made of. Mark my words, if he shuts down JB, he will win this rounds rising star nominee. That is a very big IF!

White has been a great player for the club. Iti s sad to talk about the ned being near for such a talent such as White, but the truth is his time with us is nearly over. Naita will need game time, and I assure you if we get pick #1, some ruck spots will be made for him (and possibly robbie warnock) Farewell to Whitey, who has been a great player for us. The future begins now.

I would rather give a jumper to a sack of cow [censored], then bother with this pea heart. At least the bag of cow [censored] will not cost you a pick, player and 500k a year under the salary cap. If he cannot thrive in a forwardline that has riewoldt in it (roo always take the best defender, and the floating man down back), then there is no way known he can the the linchpin of the MFC forwardline. Draft, Draft and draft again. St Kilda have a premiership window (that is closing), if they cannot use him what good is he to us as a rebuilding side??

What is the hurry?? The season is shot, why rush him back. If naything, we want to have an ace or two up our sleeve for next season. Unveiling a gun young player next season would be fantastic. I hope he plays this year, but why rush him? Get him fit for next season!!!

They can put whatever they like on their sign. Here is the real fact: Their "franchise" player for the next decade, "Dale Thomas" is a cream puff. We have "Naita" to look foward to for the next decade. I would rather be bottoming out this year than being a top a side that is not capable of wining the flag! It is I who pity them!

If we were top 8, with the same attendance I am pretty sure it would not be seen as an issue. I am one of the regular memebers hwo attends, and I sit beside the same dedicated people week in, week out. They all come along and support rain hail or shine. The thing that annoys me most, is that with the general public/media/afl on our case about low attendance figures, it is only a matter of time before the "snow" jokes start coming in full force. Give it 2 weeks!

If Buddy had kicked straight Garland would have had 6 kicked on him, and we all be singing a different tune. He did a great job on buddy, but we need to set realistic expectations of where he is going to be in the next 12 months. He could be a player to watch, but needs more time to develop down back. he also eeds the support of our fans, he is oging to be up and down but should be good player for us when he gets some games under his belt.
