Another game I've noticed where the team with more possession and inside fifties loses dogs had 80 more touches. 15 more contested and 10 more inside 50,s. Ive noticed this a few times this year, not sure if this is a trend or coincidence. Contested possessions used to be a good marker of who will win

Sitting at 3-2 we have: saints, Suns away, dogs and bears at home and port in NT its hard not to get carried away and think we could win all 5. But With a young team we will have some bad days. Suns are smashed with injuries again. Dogs and port are missing stars as well. Going on the previous 5 rounds we should lose to Brisbane, lose in a close one to the dogs and beat the other 3 Surely we should be sitting at 6-4 at least by round 10? am I crazy?? Finals anyone????

Not a great game of footy. Dogs look to be overrated. A top 4 contender should be able to cover a couple of injuries their composure and know cling inside 50 have been horrible wells and Waite are adding a lot to the Roos this year. Reckon they'll be top 4

Oliver 11 touches and 1 clearance last week. hopefully the idea of resting him will mean we can limit his ineffectual games like last week

In. Vince, Garlett Out, Oliver and Brayshaw Oliver to be dropped/rested, only 11 touches. still did ok but the two coming in are better. Brayshaw - dont mess around with concussion with a young mid - bound to get hit a lot

right. i probably should have read the post properly same thoery applies. are 95% sure the timeframe is so many weeks but want to wait til swelling goes down and it is 100% until people are informed. we know how annoying it is to hear 4 weeks and then it turns into 8

possible reasons include: only 95% sure that surgery is the option waiting on second opinion from another doc waiting on a scan/test to 100% confirm surgery is the way to go want to wait until 100% sure to tell the public rumours and inside info can often be stuff that is 90% gonna happen

I hope the Dees have nothing to do with this. Footy is not a global sport - get over it AFL! imagine coming back from China and having to play the next week? wtf. this is a serious competition not an AFL legends team touring the world

thats what I love about footy - anything could happen I can see us winning each one of these games but it would not surprise me one bit if we lost any of these games. you would think it will even out and we will end up winning 1-2 of the next 3. the season is so short that if we lose these 3 the season is finished for us - so the pressure is on - lets see how we handle it
