I agree that Little isn't a fan of Hird. I think Paul Little has played the long game on Hird - knowing Hird would sue for unfair dismissal if sacked. That is just how I've seen it all play out, I don't think there was ever any doubt that Hird would eventually be removed. I think Essendon will wait on the saga to remove Hird, so not to fall out with any deluded fans.

Yeah, that really annoyed me. The only time I wanted to actually hear Roos speak - was on player welfare, yet Bucks cut him off. Anytime Roos speaks on psychological related issues to players, team structure, etc, he is well worth listening to. Anything game related, match day, I just tune Roos out. I thought it was poor form of Bucks tonight to cut Roos off, it was very disrespectful.

No, I don't know anything that others don't. That is just my opinion. I'm not keen on Motlop, I understand he is a gun, I just see Colac as a red flag. It's as much of a knock on Motlop, as it is a knock on the expectations of footballers in the current climate. It is unrealistic, but those are the expectations that have to be met. I don't know if Motlop can continue to meet these expectations consistently.

A big NO for me. It wasn't just the Colac incident, but more so a failure to take responsibility for his actions. Not the type of guy I'd want on our list. We've had enough of those over the years.
