2 goal start to Port pretty much kills off our comeback chances while 2 goal start to Melbourne would have gotten us right back in it.

Flood didn't work

Man on man didn't work

What do we do now?

as homer says

SEN about Newton after giving away the free: "And there were question marks about his talent for the last 2 years?"

He just took mark of the year last week and now gives away a free and is a total dud ey?

Amateur radio.

Don't you know that SA and WA footy callers are the most biased in the business?

They're 100 times worse than Eddie 'Everywhere' and Michael Christian put together, and that's looking at it conservatively.

The whole club should be forced to watch this game and what should be highlighted is the amount of hard running, not to recieve the ball but the hard running to shepard the player with the ball.

Who is playing on Chad Cornes, and has a melbourne player even thrown a punch during this game? I've turned off the radio which i barely listened to when somebody suggested we sack Riley. Moron.

Does anyone else think we need another crumbing forward on our list besides Davey. For the last two weeks in paticular i have watched the ball hit the deck in the forawrd line that many times, only to have it swept away. Geelong have Stokes, Varcoe and Byrnes. Roos have Thomas, Whyman and Campbell. Port have kicked multiple goals today with crumbers also.

We most defiantly do, especially since Davey and the coaches think he is now a midfielder.

We are so [censored]. why would anyone want to coach is. ill be suprised if MFC is still around in 5 years time with the work that this list needs to do.

As a footballer you are born with ability.

today it is not evident, were has it gone.

Endeavour is in the mind, whats going on.

My nine year old son was not born with ability.

But today he showed endeavour and was best on ground, kicking 2 goals in a winning side.

Again I ask whats going on

Agree, however we need new players across the ground, the list of what we need is (and in order of importance):

1. Quick and talented one grab midfielder (x2)

2. CHF

3. Ruckman

4. Small forward

    TRAINING: Wednesday 15th January 2025

There were a number of Demonland Trackwatchers at Gosch's Paddock this morning to bring you their observations from Preseason Training. KEV MARTIN'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS They were going hard at each other. The sims were in two 15 minute blocks. The second block finished a few minutes early, they gathered and had another 7 minutes at it. I think they were asked to compete, as they would play against an opposition. There was plenty of niggle, between some of them. At the end o

Better late than never … and quite frankly, there’s very little to report other than that training took place at Casey Fields this morning, that Tracc was there nursing his rib injury and that some photographs are on the club’s social media including this one of Clarrie in Raging Bull stance that gives rise for confidence. The other news is that the club has a new train on player in 185cm Dandenong Stingrays midfielder Noah Hibbins-Hargreaves (love the hyphenated name which is just so fitti

Welcome back to Demonland for those like me who have been on vacation. TRAINING: Monday 16th December 2024

Demonland Trackwatchers braved the sweltering heat to bring you their Preseason Training observations from Gosch's Paddock on Monday morning. SCOOP JUNIOR'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I went down today in what were pretty ordinary conditions - hot and windy. When I got there, they were doing repeat simulations of a stoppage on the wing and then moving the ball inside 50. There seemed to be an emphasis on handballing out of the stoppage, usually there were 3 or 4 handballs to
