Nice article on the Melbourne site:

McLean narrows focus but widens appeal

He labelled his last 3 weeks as 'crap'... how can you not love him? :lol:

Also spoke very well about lack of discipline.

It can be frustrating but you have to think of the team first.

he has not played well enough,

his form needs to be consistant.....

he doesnt need added pressure on his shoulder just yet

Never seemed to bother Bruce or Green...

And while I agree he doesn't need the extra pressure, it's a moot point. We're not out there to make finals. The more learning experiences we can get into him the better. And it's Brock, if in doubt, put him under pressure. With the exception of the last 2 weeks, he's thrived under pressure...

As much as i'm fan of Brock Mclean, i'm kinda over talking about him.

He WILL be a great playa.

He WILL be our next captain.(barring #$^$%&$&%^*)

He WILL be our franchise playa.

So could ppl stop feeding the small feeble minds who continually take pot shots at Brock.

Sorry but what don't you understand?!

Yes, it's Robbo's 200th but he isn't in the leadership group (and rightfully so), and therefore cannot captain the side.

It hasn't been done in the past for players such as Jeff White in their milestone games and will therefore not be done for Robbo.

Case closed!

Now back on to Brock... :wub:
