The media linked pick 7 and 8 because that is the suns picks, not too hard to see why. If you honestly dont believe the dees have been pushing this whole time, then you are watching the media or listening to the media also. Even they have said we continue to push, Bailey continues to push, they get Baileys manager to come on air to highlight the position.

If what you are saying is true, then all the above is not really needed then, is it?

I think having someone with this level of talent on the hook is rare and it's sometimes worth just paying overs when you're a smaller club like Melbourne to get in transformational talent like BH.

Humphrey is young enough and good enough to offer 10+ years of A-Grade footy. He plays exactly the role we have been screaming out for and he’s had plenty of development already.

I’d even throw in another pick on top just because he can kick drop punts, unlike the bloke he would replace.

And do you think that the club has got every football department decision correct in the past 4 years? It's not just Tim Lamb, but you blindly back every person that is at the club.

The facts are that our recruiting from other clubs since 2020 has been a disaster, and Tim Lamb is part of the decision making. Conversely we've lost players like Jordon and Bedford, who left due to lack of opportunity.

The reality is that we have gone from having a premiership contending list to a bottom 4 list. And Tim Lamb as "List Manager" is a major part of the problem.
