That is huge but he is a game changer and obviously no one taking votes off him.

I would say Curnow is more important to them and Weitering had a better year

But the umps love ole fat vacant stare Cripps

Cripps getting 3 votes against Collingwood has set the nuffies off

BEEEEEAAAAUTTTTIFULLฤน

Iโ€™m starting to think the Vic bias might be a thing

Can you imagine 2 average interstate teams having a 1-2 in the medal?

If Cripps is 45, the Bont is what 60? lol

Phantom draft 2013!

Pick 25 Lionsย

PATRICK CRIPPSย โ€“ East Fremantle, WA. 190cms 90kgs

Cripps had a great Under-18 state championship for the WA side in 2013 and was rewarded with All-Australian honours. Cripps is a big-bodied midfielder that loves to run and work his way through traffic.

BLUES SAW HIS POTENTIAL AND GRABBED HIM AT 13. ย

I am surprised that both Collingwood and Carlton missed the finals and bombed the end of their seasons, but both Cripps and the second place chap polled so well through those rounds.

What an embarassingly inept interview by Hamish whats his face totally Incompetent!

Agree on both counts. Iโ€™ve NFI who polled second most votes for the Blues.ย

I'm not really sure what the point of these questions is to crippa then. Just let him thank everyone Hamish.ย

It was an opportunity for Hamish to fall in love with Hamish.

So trac was our leading vote getter.

I don't know if that's a good thing seeing as he missed half the year. However if he puts in a full consistent season he'll be a contender.ย

Thought max would have polled more.ย

Yes we get it. Daicos came 2nd with record votes. Move on.

I just hope the Norm Smith award winner acknowledges Daicos.ย

Nick Daicos subbed off with only 15 disposals. He gets a vote ๐Ÿคท

His brother however, got 34 disposals

One for the AFL Integrity Unit for sure! Or did Mr Dillon just read it out incorrectly?

Well the pies fans are annoyed so crippa you did your job.

Now we can focus on what should be a great gf on Saturdayย

How josh got 3 votes in total, I'm convinced the umps mixed them up at times

Pretty sure he will still poll highly from the judges. Even if it is just from his reactions in the stands!!!

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecastโ€”20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze โ€” expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kateโ€™s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwoodโ€™s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.

  • CASEY: Williamstown

The Casey Demons issued a strong statement to the remaining teams in the VFL race with a thumping 76-point victory in their Elimination Final against Williamstown. This was the sixth consecutive win for the Demons, who stormed into the finals from a long way back with scalps including two of the teams still in flag contention. Senior Coach Taylor Whitford would have been delighted with the manner in which his team opened its finals campaign with high impact after securing the lead early in the game when Jai Culley delivered a precise pass to a lead from Noah Yze, who scored his first of seven straight goals for the day. Yze kicked his second on the quarter time siren, by which time the Demons were already in control. The youngster repeated the dose in the second term as the Seagulls were reduced to mere

Narrm time isnโ€™t a standard conceptโ€”itโ€™s the time within the traditional lands of Narrm, the Woiwurrung name for Melbourne. Indigenous Round runs for rounds 3 and 4 and is a powerful platform to recognise the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in sport, community, and Australian culture. This week, suburban footy returns to the infamous Victoria Park as the mighty Narrm take on the Collingwood Magpies at 1:05pm Narrm time, Sunday 31 August. Come along if you can.

  • REPORT: Collingwood

It was yet another disappointing outcome in a disappointing year, with Melbourne missing the finals for the second consecutive season. Indeed, it wasnโ€™t even close, as the Demons' tally of seven wins was less than half the number required to rank among the top eight teams in the competition. When the dust of the game settled and supporters reflected on Melbourne's ย six-point defeat at the hands of close game specialists Collingwood, Max Gawn's words about his teamโ€™s unfulfilled potential rang true โ€ฆ well, almost.ย
