Live ladder has cats second on 28 points, with their percentage dropping to 112.5.

We are 24 points on 121.1%.

Keep going suns.

This has now actually become a pretty big game for us.

Cats could end up losing 10% plus. Say we add 3 or 4%.

We finish tge round equal points with the cats, and 13% plus clear.

And the blues play the swans at the scg.

The blues are also on 24 points but are only on 109%

If the blues lose, we could be a game and 15% plus clear of them.

That's a big gap for the blues to fall behind us

Dogs beating the giants would be the cherry on top.

The live ladder is making me feel a lot better about missing out on the 4 points last week, but I’m also feeling ever so slightly less chuffed about beating this rabble (I know they’re missing a few from the team that played us).

Best viewing of the night will be Scott chewing through a [censored] sandwich in the post match. He’ll be fuming 😂

a pulled hammy or 2 for the cats would be the icing on the cake here

Just heard there’s a virus going through the Cats squad. First felt symptoms against the Dees  few weeks back.

Cameron doesn’t have concussion but full bout of this unknown virus. Initial symptoms vary but all players reporting feeling a bit “off” within hours of being exposed to the pathogen.

They all look very sweaty and fatigued right now. As does the coach

Won't be many pumping up the cats strategy of managing players after the last three games.

Back fired on them big time, had an incredibly (AFL only) gifted draw back in 22 to execute the resting regime.

Geelong still whining to the umpires 😂

And again. Hahaha

A rats tail is something I never thought I’d see again once I graduated high school. But here we are.

Best we beat the Eagles then....

Just smile.  This is almost as good as the Demons winning

This is a thing of beauty.

I'm finding it very therapeutic.

Are you watching the sun cats game?

Five highest ranked players are Suns. Holmes next. My guess is that Holmes will get at least 4 coaches’ votes (all from Scott).

I used to be very judgemental about what young men did with their hair, but now I just think ‘do it all young man. One day you’ll have very few options’.

Why do you all like jee-long getting thrashed. I don’t understand

  • CASEY: Richmond

The winds finally returned to Casey Fields for the Demons’ third home game of the VFL season, and its impact was immediate. After two opening rounds played in uncharacteristically fine conditions, the Anzac Day clash brought back the familiar gusty conditions that have been a feature of the region at this time of the year.
Forced to kick into the breeze first, the slow-starting Demons faced a tricky opening against an enthusiastic young Tigers outfit. Casey responded by turning the contest into a scramble, pressuring Richmond into errors and missed targets. The tactic proved crucial, keeping the game tight for three and a half quarters before the Demons pulled away with the autumn wind at their backs.

It seemed as if the whole purpose of the Anzac Eve clash at the MCG between the Demons and the Tigers was building toward that single, unforgettable moment when Kozzie Pickett soared above Campbell Gray and all but fittingly etched his name onto the face of the 2026 Frank ‘Checker’ Hughes Medal.
