As a fan of symmetry, would much rather 2 blocks of 2 for the front 4 logo/badges

I like symmetry too. Perhaps the MFC logo could be on the back, centred on the red yoke (written in Navy Blue)? 🤔

So MCW you want us to change our guernsey colours because a few people are colour blind. If the world gif that some country flags  and other pageantry would all be altered. Traditional colours are gitbiur home games and if the odd person is ignorant they are the lesser.

Do you  think Essendon would ever contemplate changing their original sash colours to grey if the were mistaken for ours? Never and we should be the same and uphold our Club.
Main thing  is you have a dark (navy) blue and red flag and banner to worry about. The Club gets it right and our fans know it’s authentic.

BTW I adore our clash colours and reckon they are great in as a second jumper. Please don’t ever get that putrid white clash one again.

*sigh* so much to unpack, so little time (and patience).

I’m not suggesting we change our colours. I’m not in favour of countries changing their flag colours not their regalia. I couldn’t give a fat rat’s what Essendon do with their sash, although I can suggest where they can stick their red/grey sash. I just prefer the royal blue to the navy blue. It’s called personal taste.

And please stop calling me MCW. You’ve been doing it for the two and a half years I’ve been here. It’s very annoying. Okay, 48er?

See, it’s annoying, right?

😁

Looks like change for change's sake. If it gets some saps to shell out for club merch then I'm fine with it. I'll still be rocking my GF Guernsey though.

Who's MCW?

Plus with Essendon, clearly you forgot they did change to grey a few years back

'twas only a clash jumper but ... and we've all had horrible ones and changed them often

And the royal blue one is an away jumper, so what?  At least we've had a history with the royal blue, given the 70s and 80s.

I like the monogram. But think below the V would help with the symmetry of the other logos,  thoughts?

Hopefully our forwards can now get hit on the logo!!

I prefer this 👍

Now make the monogram larger, white and rename MFC to Casey (or Caulfied) and then it would look uber stylish 😜

It’s basically a way to try to generate jumper sales by having something new because the jumper hasn’t really changed much in the past few years (besides the IG logo replacing the New Balance one).

It’s inoffensive but also unnecessary.

Really like your design Gunna’s. In regards to our forwards I just want them to get it between the two big sticks.

Hertz is the new sponsor in the back replacing Jaguar.

Purely from an aesthetic point of view that’s yuck when compared to the Jaguar logo.

Agree! The video posted by the club shows the back of the jumper. It looks horrible. The yellow patch is huge

UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
