Can you really handpass from out of bounds to another player out of bounds,

Nope.

Handballed it directly out of play to Cameron. Should've been a throw in.

Yeah but how great will it be listening to the Colliewobble supporters whinge about it, if they lose

Ratugolea has been massive. I always thought he was a spud but credit to him he's been great.

Absolute brain fade Smith. Definitely time to hang them up.

It’s called a skill execution error…

not a brain fade. It was the correct decision.

In a close game that was a very very risky move. He should know better than to kick it to such a dangerous spot.
And they’ve done it again 🤯

Touhy, Cameron, Dangerfield, Ratugolea, Close, and then nothing for Geelong tonight. They're in for some serious pain over the next few years.

Smith had a ton of time to get back on Mihocek then but he was too busy sooking

Well that aged well

The true definition of unforced errors right there. 3 of them by the Cats

Bad dropped mark by ratatouille.

You can only carry a side for so long.

This is some of the worst defensive 50 work I’ve ever seen.
Geelong just threw that game in the bin. Why are they not playing an extra in defense?

Horrendous coaching from Scott. Has he done anything tonight?

That was the worst team defence I’ve seen from Geelong all year. Collingwood won the ball out the back at a stoppage at half back and then just ran into an open forward line.

An under 15’s team would have scored through that set up. Horrific.

McReary is seriously underrated and has absolutely ruined Geelong tonight.

  • POSTGAME: Rd 17 vs Adelaide

The Demons were wasteful early before putting the foot down early in the 2nd quarter but they chased tail for the remainder of the match. They could not get their first use of the footy after half time and when they did poor skills, execution and decision making let them down.

  • WHAT’S NEXT? by The Oracle

What’s next for a beleagured Melbourne Football Club down in form and confidence, facing  intense criticism and disapproval over some underwhelming recent performances and in the midst of a four game losing streak? Why, it’s Adelaide which boasts the best percentage in the AFL and has won six of its last seven games. The Crows are hot and not only that, the game is at the Adelaide Oval; yet another away fixture and the third in a row at a venue outside of Victoria. One of the problems the Demons have these days is that they rarely have the luxury of true home ground advantage, something they have enjoyed just once since mid April.
