Re Fritta: I don’t know any other details apart from what the Club has issued, that is, he’ll be right for Sydney. I spoke with Pauline for an hour on Tuesday and an hour or so yesterday and… forgot to ask about him. 😬 Soz all, but her and I have gone beyond mother of an MFC footballer and unhinged, slightly deranged cheer squad member, and are now just a couple of good buddies. We have many other things to talk about including, believe it or not, my own son who’s the same age as Bayley. 😁

LOL I have a framed pic of Fritta on the lounge room wall. My son asked if Pauline has a framed pic of him on her lounge room wall. She said “did you kick six goals in a grand final?” Nice one, Paulsy! 😂

That was not what we agreed upon.

You dont get it.   Politics and football dont mix. Just because curing cancer is very important doesnt mean you constantly ram it down everyones throat  and make comparisons to AFL.

Brayshaw better not  bomb this weekend. Hawthorn players will come for him -pink lady or no pink lady.

This has to be one of the ****test takes of all [censored] takes ever seen on this website.

Congratulations sir/madam.

I try to understand everyone's point of view on this site and rarely criticize them.

I will ask you if you or someone you love dearly has ever had cancer ?

Well done to the Afl and all sports men and women that support this cause.

Chers Deebauched.

I think BBB will retire at the end of this season.  He’s knee issues are ongoing and he’s unlikely to be able to perform at the level required.   He’s a premiership player and would be always remembered for his goals from the 2021 GF🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

If Ben Brown’s injury woes continue I think the club definitely needs to have a conversation with him regarding retirement from the AFL. He could play next year with the Casey team or take on a coaching role. After all, aren’t we being constantly told that we need a forward coach who has played in the role, rather than a ruckman presiding over the forwards.

No mention of Harmesy?

No idea what has happened to James Harmes. 🤷🏼‍♂️

He may have been an emergency for the Demons Vs Hawks game at the MCG. However, I think others mentioned he was being managed?

I know he has had personal issues so I just hope he is doing alright.

Some were saying May might have done a hammy at the end of the Hawks game?

Hopefully not! 😯

Although I would like to see Daniel "Disco" Turner play a few more senior games for the Demons.

Apparently he dominated in his game back from injury for Casey in the VFL. The kid has talent and has had some rotten luck with injuries.

    BLOODY BLUES by Meggs

The conclusion to Narrm’s home and away season was the inevitable let down by the bloody Blues  who meekly capitulated to the Bombers.   The 2024 season fixture handicapped the Demons chances from the get-go with Port Adelaide, Brisbane and Essendon advantaged with enough gimme games to ensure a tough road to the finals, especially after a slew of early season injuries to star players cost wins and percentage.     As we strode confidently through the gates of Prin

2024 Player Reviews: #5 Christian Petracca

Melbourne’s most important player who dominated the first half of the season until his untimely injury in the Kings Birthday clash put an end to his season. At the time, he was on his way to many personal honours and the club in strong finals contention. When the season did end for Melbourne and Petracca was slowly recovering, he was engulfed in controversy about a possible move of clubs amid claims about his treatment by the club in the immediate aftermath of his injury. LIVE AND LET DIE by Meggs

The Demons’ impressive late season charge to finals will most likely come unstuck this Saturday evening when the Bombers blow up the also-ran Blues in the Ikon Park double-header.   To mangle McCartney, what does it matter to ya? To have any chance to play next week Narrm has got a job to do and needs to do it well.  We’ve got to give the Pie sheilas hell, say live and let die! It remains to be seen whether Simon Goodwin will persevere with him in attack or return him to the backline where he was an important cog in the club’s 2021 premiership success.

2024 Player Reviews: #22 Blake Howes

After a bright start to the season, playing mostly in defence, Howes seemed to lose his way in midseason but fought back with some good performances at Casey and finished the year back at AFL level.
