Got a 1.2kg picanha and farofa, a 1964 padron and a fridge full of Heineken cans...

Time for a good day lads and ladies let's kick em while they are down, that's what they done to us, they all did.

2 minute noodles smothered by craft singles with a refreshing lime green cordial made up in a 40/60 ratio.

  • Whispering_Jack changed the title to GAMEDAY: Rd 13 v Collingwood

A case of Asahi, 1 Coles chicken, and a batch of pork spare ribs if it comes to that.

Dont care about the score as long as Buckley doesnt go out a winner.

I havent forgiven the bastards for making us miss finals a few years back.

Rub their noses in it Dees.

Bring on the filth....smash them like guitars

And we wonder why they call us snobs! ?

That doesn't sound too appetising but each to their own Nas.

Collingwood is my second team”

- said no one, ever.

The entire footy world (bar the filth) are behind us.
Let’s do this!

GO DEEEEZ!!!!

Dude, you haven’t lived. ?

We’re coming off the back of 2 excellent performances so confidence is sky high. We coasted for a few rounds before that but I don’t want to see us coast today. The pies have been terrible but they’ll lift for Buckley’s last game you’d think. I want to see a full-blooded effort, no prisoners taken. Ultimately wins are all that matters but given the opposition and context I want to see us smash the pies

Hoping all our Sydney brethren can get along to support the team and enjoy a great win over the old enemy

Yeah I guess that's fair... Not really helping the progression of stereotypes

Wow. I have no idea what the first three of those things are but it all sounds impressive. Enjoy the day Josh.

Just leaving from Wang!

Go Dees

I'm not sure that's legal. Make sure you wear a fitted MND beanie.

Who drinks Heineken?

Excellent. Breakfast game here with a 7:20 am start, shakshuka and fresh coffee on the menu.

What a round so far, with so many close upsets. May this not be another one of them, but rather a casual belting of the old enemy. Go Dees

Well your good old Uncle Bitter is back after a spell of enforced rehab. ...... and a better man for it no doubt. I'm positively uplifted at the moment.

Very [censored] that the game is in Sydley - the Olympic city as I had big plans for the footy  (and after) today!

As has been said elsewhere, the filth will come out hard right from the start. I expect they will stay in it until about halfway through the second and then our class should start to tell.

We've suffered some costly losses to the filth at times and now it's time to put the boots in and give Bucks an unhappy send off.

Dees to win by 38 points and sit happily atop the ladder going into the bye.

I'll be taking advantage of the single social buddy rule to have a fellow coterie member over for the game. The forecast is for light winds and sun so the plan is to drag the tv and one of the sofas onto the deck. Today's beer will be Mack Daddy from Moondog Brewery as we're now officially in winter.

Let's hope we smash every single one of those jail stripe wearing scum including the sub like Jack Watts copped on debut.

Absolutely legal. Have not been to any hotspots. Have declaration ready for inspection!

Go Dees!

I was thinking that we should put our ski's out as a show of solidarity for the opening of ski season! Have to find someone who owns some to photograph!

  • Welcome to Demonland: Steven King

The Melbourne Football Club has selected a new coach for the 2026 season appointing Geelong Football Club assistant coach Steven King to the head role.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Port Adelaide

The undefeated Demons venture across the continent to the spiritual home of the Port Adelaide Football Club on Saturday afternoon for the inaugural match for premiership points between these long-historied clubs. Alberton Oval will however, be a ground familiar to our players following a practice match there last year. We lost both the game and Liv Purcell, who missed 7 home and away matches after suffering facial fractures in the dying moments of the game.

  • AFLW REPORT: Richmond

A glorious sunny afternoon with a typically strong Casey Fields breeze favouring the city end greeted this round four clash of the undefeated Narrm against the winless Tigers. Pre-match, the teams entered the ground through the Deearmy’s inclusive banner—"Narrm Football Weaving Communities Together and then Warumungu/Yawuru woman and Fox Boundary Rider, Megan Waters, gave the official acknowledgement of country. Any concerns that Collingwood’s strategy of last week to discombobulate the Dees would be replicated by Ryan Ferguson and his Tigers evaporated in the second quarter when Richmond failed to use the wind advantage and Narrm scored three unanswered goals.

  • CASEY: Frankston

The late-season run of Casey wins was broken in their first semifinal against Frankston in a heartbreaking end at Kinetic Stadium on Saturday night that in many respects reflected their entire season. When they were bad, they committed all of the football transgressions, including poor disposal, indiscipline, an inability to exert pressure, and some terrible decision-making, as exemplified by the period in the game when they conceded nine unanswered goals from early in the second quarter until halfway through the third term. You rarely win when you do this.

  • AFLW PREVIEW: Richmond

Round four kicks off early Saturday afternoon at Casey Fields, as the mighty Narrm host the winless Richmond Tigers in the second week of Indigenous Round celebrations. With ideal footy conditions forecast—20 degrees, overcast skies, and a gentle breeze — expect a fast-paced contest. Narrm enters with momentum and a dangerous forward line, while Richmond is still searching for its first win. With key injuries on both sides and pride on the line, this clash promises plenty.

  • AFLW REPORT: Collingwood

Expectations of a comfortable win for Narrm at Victoria Park quickly evaporated as the match turned into a tense nail-biter. After a confident start by the Demons, the Pies piled on pressure and forced red and blue supporters to hold their collective breath until after the final siren. In a frenetic, physical contest, it was Captain Kate’s clutch last quarter goal and a missed shot from Collingwood’s Grace Campbell after the siren which sealed a thrilling 4-point win. Finally, Narrm supporters could breathe easy.
