Neither of these teams is defending well at all, makes for an exciting game to watch!

Don’t you just love that vision of Hardwick head in hands, without a clue. Smug p....k

This Hogan bloke goes alright, i reckon the Freo dockers might have some regrets watching this given they threw him away for a bag of skittles

The space Richmond are giving Hogan is incredible, bloke must smell or something coz no tigers defender has been within 5 meters of him

4 inside 50's for Port this quarter for 4 goals. The doggies can't defend.

He’ll kick 10 if it’s more of the same in the second half.

At least. incredible the lack of respect he's being shown

Tom Lynch is a spud.

Gee the port fans are a classy bunch, i don't know what centrelink is complaining about.

Must be Bont’s birthday. Nice gift he just got.

9 minutes to go until half time and Mitch Hannan has had 1 disposal so far..

Eddie. For goodness sake just call the game and stop barracking for Richmond. You are an embarrassment.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
