Fixed.

Classy.
Take the image of The QV Markets for example, people have shown they can’t stick to the social distancing laws where there’s crowds and in an area of restricted access and movement.  There’s no way people will be able to abide by the laws at an AFL game. IMO there’s no crowds until the restrictions are lifted.

something to do with the determination of it as an indoor venue for the entirety of the season as opposed to an outdoor one some of the time, an indoor one some of the time

consistency

Seems that the charity dodge is growing legs. I have a strong objection to clubs using such questionable tactics to effectively transfer one third to a half of their costs to the general taxpayer.

https://www.abc.net.au/news/2020-06-03/afl-clubs-risk-misleading-fans-over-membership-amid-coronavirus/12297102

"AFL clubs trying to convert membership payments into tax-deductible gifts are at risk of breaching federal consumer and tax law, and supporters could be left bearing the cost, experts have warned.

With the likelihood that members will be locked out of attending games for the foreseeable future, clubs have begun pleading with members not to seek refunds, instead urging them to convert some or all of their membership payment into a tax-deductible donation.

Several clubs are seeking the donations via a third party — the Australian Sports Foundation — because sporting clubs are not charities and cannot offer tax-deductible status themselves."

No reason given and I'm intrigued too.

When you've only got 4 other staff running the entire AFL long days are needed.

The old Tom's track record hasn't been great but to his credit he will keep pitching them up....
