    The old ā€œsuicide gripā€. Has its pros and cons. Never done without a spotter though which Preuss fortunately has.

    Iā€™m looking forward to being at Maroochydore on Saturday morning to watch the guys goĀ through theirĀ paces and having a chat with a few afterwards. Always a good day for us Queensland supporters.

    I agree, except all of Brisbane, Geelong and I think the Saints and Essendon have taken on our training colours this pre-season. Evidence to follow.
