Brian Lake has absolutely no future as a boundary rider.  Hopeless.

Look to hearing him for the next 15 years.

I was literally just writing the exact same thing.

Surely he could just go and ask the Bulldogs what is wrong with Roughead?

"Neville Jetta would have claims at being in their best 18". FFS. Nev Jetta is nearly first picked. Does Dwayne Russell even watch these games?

He said it at the start and someone probably got in his ear because he has been trying to backtrack ever since.

Not to be Captain Obvious, but Dwayne knows nothing, never has known anything, and is the epitome of the lazy ex-player commentator who does absolutely no work on their media game.

It;s like when mmm got Jake King in to do special comments. My god could barely speak. That is what is so refreshing about the women's players. They speak so clearly and properly and dont sound stupid.

Unless it's with his wife. I'd watch that.

I'm struggling to leave Spencer out of the team for round 1 all of the sudden.

Pending of course that he gets a haircut and has a shave.

Good to see Jesse kicking well. I think Goodwin was right the other night when he said how Jesse is settled now at Melbourne, he has signed on and had a good summer.

Yes I know it's a practice match but I hope we can hang on. Makes it a good day at the family day tomorrow.

Dean Kent is also best 18.

Bewildered as to why Healy hasn't corrected the great boofhead on that yet.

    TRAINING: Wednesday 13th November 2024

A couple of Demonland Trackwatchers braved the rain and headed down to Gosch's paddock to bring you their observations from the second day of Preseason training for the 1st to 4th Year players. DITCHA'S PRESEASON TRAINING OBSERVATIONS I attended some of the training today. Richo spoke to me and said not to believe what is in the media, as we will good this year. Jefferson and Kentfield looked big and strong.  Petty was doing all the training. Adams looked like he was in rehab.  KE

2024 Player Reviews: #1 Steven May

The years are rolling by but May continued to be rock solid in a key defensive position despite some injury concerns. He showed great resilience in coming back from a nasty rib injury and is expected to continue in that role for another couple of seasons. 2024 Player Reviews: #4 Judd McVee

It was another strong season from McVee who spent most of his time mainly at half back but he also looked at home on a few occasions when he was moved into the midfield. There could be more of that in 2025. 2024 Player Reviews: #3 Christian Salem

The luckless Salem suffered a hamstring injury against the Lions early in the season and, after missing a number of games, he was never at his best. He was also inconvenienced by minor niggles later in the season. This was a blow for the club that sorely needed him to fill gaps in the midfield at times as well as to do his best work in defence.
