I was making that assumption because if we can't start winning and making finals with this young crop/rebuild then we will never make it.

We have already lost a generation of youngsters barracking for us in the last decade .. must be very competitive this next season and go deep into the finals , so, as you alluded to, we don't need to train up more youngsters.. Then see them cherry picked on an already short timed free agency to the BIG clubs
