I feel our only definite losses are Hawks, (twice), WCE and Swans. All other teams we have either beaten in the last 2 years or look flakey in some games this year so all (13 games) are winnable.

It will be close.

Look at our back end draw and come back to me...

SAINTS
@Suns
BULLDOGS
LIONS
PORT
@Hawks
PIES
@Swans
CROWS
FREO
@Saints
@Eagles
SUNS
HAWKS
@Port
@Blues
@Cats

Looked far worse at the start of the year but with Freo and Ports current form it doesn't look as daunting as it did. The only games I'd say we definitely won't win are Hawks x2, Swans, Crows and Eagles, and even then the Crows game may not look so bad further down the track.

Tjhats a favourbale draw on paper at least...  The Freo game is neutral ground and they suck and wont have Fyfe or Johnson, and we get the Crows at the MCG finally/ The Eagles game is also a neutral venue. . The Swans game is at the SCG, so that along with the two Hawk games are the only ones that worry me.

Will be disappointing if we dont win 11+ games

North v Bulldogs - Too high. No impact.

Crows v Dockers - Too high & low; Can't push Demons lower; can stall Crows

Giants v Hawks - Too high. Can't push Demons lower; can stall Giants

Tigers v Power - Too low. No impact.

Cats v Suns - Too high. Can't push Demons lower; can stall Suns

Lions v Swans - Too high & low. No impact.

Eagles v Pies - Too low. Can't push Demons lower; can stall Eagles.

Blues v Essendon - Too low. No impact.

If we win, we will sit between 6 and 9. If we lose, we stay 10th and worse case scenario, Port, Pies & Percentage come into play.

With my tips for the week, I have is getting into the 8 by the end of this round.

And I think we will win one of these games. I don't know which, but we will. Bookmark it. ;)

My mistake, the Eagles game is in Perth.   Also known as the MFC cemetery.

The only time I've ever been to Perth was for the footy. We played the Eagles and won by about 10 goals. It may have been 2000. Farmer ran riot. It was wonderful. We can do it if we bring our A game. I'll be really intrigued to see how our game style stands up to the Eagles'.

Well the Suns are being smashed by injuries which bodes well for our quest to make the 8  http://www.afl.com.au/news/2016-04-27/suns-injury-crisis-rischitelli-and-prestia-out

Prestia is just resting up so he is ready for us next year.

    UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

    Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft. The two left-footed midfielders are as different as chalk and cheese but they had similar impacts in their Coates Talent League teams and in the National Championships in 2024. Their interstate side was edged out at the very end of the tournament for tea
