    Think it's only for guys who have played in their first win. I can recall Viv being in a couple of winning teams over the last two seasons. Or am I thinking of the Gatorade shower tradition?

    Yep he has played in two this year Richmond and Pies (none last year) but has never been "baptized" . Don't know why? I do know he is very shy and may not want to do it.
