LOL

Brown's having BOTH arms held by two Bombers defenders while going for the ball and the umpires don't call a free kick. Pathetic, laughable, unbelievable frankly.

Wait for their explanation monday

I have to say, on this form, (deep breath) it would be an abomination if we lost to North Melbourne in a few weeks.

They are miles off the pace. 18 geriatrics in wheelchairs would provide a better display of skills.

Bruce Mac "Essendon would be winning if they had Goldstein playing for them"

Seriously???

Seven's commentary... leaves much to be desired.

Watching tonight, it's painfully clear to me that the conditions probably cost us the game last week. Essendon are absolute faeces.

The conditions, as predicted, kept it close and tight and gave them a sniff. It also buggered our accuracy.

"Geez, a goal here, it really would tighten the game up, wouldn't it?"

- Bruce.

Nothing better than seeing that scumbag Hird looking pained in the coaches box

Feel for the umps, sure they make some errors but the constant rule changes would make it bloody tough

Riding home?

But we let them shagg us in the third quarter. That's where fairdinkum footy is won.

Adelaide. Just a couple months back. There were some fines to prove it.

Geez I just want to hold Brown down and shave his farkn head.

Looks a bit like side show bob!

I wish the MFC teams of the last eight years had <once> got stuck in at a half time brawl. We are still soft.

Missing quote for context.

Haha, he reminded me of someone and that's who it was, classic!

Won a little bit of North tonight but will not be betting on them again all year. They are a mess, if they fall into the 8 hopefully they are bundled straight back out along with Richmond.

Tipped them by 28 pts. So close!

I can't remember a season with such an even spread but so few genuine challengers. No-one looks remotely likely outside of the top four and even then . . .

It's funny how every season the commentators bang on about how "even" the competition is, yet the results paint a different story. For me, the league is clearly divided into 3 categories: premiership contenders (1-4), wildly overestimate themselves (5-12), and no chance in hell (13-18).

Not to mention that the conditions were the same for both teams; ergo, not an excuse.

Nice, I only go head to head.

I tried getting smart once by tipping qtr by qtr leaders to increase the odds. Suns lead at qtr time, Hawks went on to win by over 100.

Now I just keep it simple. Small amounts still add up.

Multis are a good way to make fast money. Just combine 4 or 5 "sure things," as you said.

...not that I'm a gambling addict, or anything... ;)

I took one multi with

North dogs Eagles Hawks dockers Giants dees crows saints

Combined odds of $147.93.

Dogs and saints are big chances I think.

  • REPORT: Carlton

The text messages started flooding in shortly after quarter time. One read: “Is Melbourne even at the ground?” Moments later, as Carlton’s Elijah Hollands kicked the first goal of the second term, the Blues held a commanding 43-point lead. By then, the Demons’ only score was a behind kicked by Brody Mihocek nearly five minutes into the game. Ironically, Mihocek would also register the last minor score of the day after the game took a dramatic turnaround.
