Build a statue to Jones

Jesus the umpring is poor, that call against Blair was a shocker.

We need to ask the umpire's adviser how on earth it is possible to tackle an opponent who has the ball and buries his head in your stomach

Dunn...bottle his blood

Im all for a strong Defence, but the lack of scoring is a real concern and to be frankly honest, really boring football to watch…

These maggots come from Vic park surely

bout 4-5 players off a decent side...we have a future :)

JKH needs a few weeks at Casey just to get some confidence and form. Looks like a lost boy , even his chasing lacks direction

What a horrible game.

Long way to go yet.

That disallowed 3 Quarter goal killed us off

Why are struggling to kick goals yet Collingwood go forward and hit em.

Not happy about todays game. We are a much better side then what we have dished up today.

No we are not. We have to beat these sides before we can say that.

Reality check.

We have no forward line against a really good defence.

Dawes leads very hard with purpose and marks at High Half Forward another hard leading forward will make a world of difference. Make no mistake though they(Pies) are a very well drilled defence.

A lot of boys will have learnt a fair bit today such as Tyson, Salem,Viney & JKH on the lift in intensity and playing against sides who go hard for 120 mins

Very decent foundations there for us

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
