Anyone out there capable of coming to this club and changing this?

I sadly agree, i don't think any one or two people could make a difference, we basically need to strip this club back to it's DNA and re-write the entire code, it's a painful reality for the supporters.

A recruiter with half a brain for starters.

That side of things seems abit better now, we did alright out of last years draft, the mature players like Pedo and co were an absolute joke but i can't see our next coach making the same mistakes.

Development is still a concern, we can't afford to waste any more high picks or we're never going to get off the bottom.

We need midfield GRUNT and we pass on Ollie Wines.

And I know it has to do with list managment, but we let Moloney go when he is a seasoned midfielder and we need all the help we can get. We replace him with Rodan. Yeah we're doing alright aren't we?

It doesn't take a genius - all you need is a knife and a wrist and you can watch all the bad DNA flow out.

This is followed by a simple process called the draft.
