My reservation is that he was overseeing Neeld. And if Neeld failed then Craig failed,

Other than that I like what I see,

I wonder if the problem want what Neeld was doing but how he went about it.

Maybe Craig thought his plan was sound, thought his analysis was sane. But if he lost the players there isn't much Craig can do but try and support.

If his plan and tactics were all crazy like then I'd agree, Craig should have been overseeing that.

Neil Craig is an impressive Human.

Upon stepping into his new role he as approached and discussed everything with energy, knowledge and visible heart.

The man has a heart as big as Phar Lap.

The players obviously really appreciate him.

In saying that I honestly don't know whether he's the man to take the team onwards or not.

If we go in another direction Craig will most likely go.

It's quite a disappointing state of affairs, and one worth noting i feel.

He's contracted for next year and l think he will stay.

so if Roos pulls out of the race and Craig stays on as coach we will not only have a great coach but will also save about 1 million dollars next season

Wins talk! You can have your competitiveness,structures,processes and other Neeldisms.But simply wins talk.Footy ispretty basic.

1) Get the pill......endeavour,hardness,attitude

2) Create Space........ Run, Run Run and think

3) Give it to the man in above said space... Skills/Gameplan

4)Most IMportantly, when we dont have controlof the ball/game defend as though your mothers life depends on it.

Pretty flamin simple really.

You missed a few steps.

Kick goals and score more points then the opposition.
