I don't know Belzebub59. She's been pretty accurate of late.

Caro just said "don't rule Roos out."

hmmn, I sense the journo's need to think outside the square a bit more. they're all just a bit too left oriented.

but i thought this time we were only looking IN the box not outside ?

We may just well be a sneaky chance to land Roos.

Considering she gets all her mail straight from AFL house thats a pretty big quote from her

Suddenly i am thinking we are a big chance

yes, but so much in the box, we're going cross-eyed I reckon. more lateral & less longitudinal?

they don't need to raise their eyes, they need to 'spread' their eyes, ii thunk.

Spot on.

Roos has just stated on the pre game that "there is more interest now than there was 12 weeks ago" in relation to the Melbourne coaching role.

Holy [censored]. There's a chance.

Paul Roos just said on Fox Footy that (and I paraphrase) "i have more interest in coaching the MFC now than I have in the past 12 weeks...I'm not at the point where I will say I will do it, but I am at the point where I am thinking about it. I've gone from 0% chance to 50-50".

Roos hasnt actually ever ruled himself out. Why should we .

Its just be a semantics marathon of Olympic nature .

If we say it we're guessing ...if she says it, its oohs and ahs !!

still reckon monday at 9 :)

Wow, that interview on Fox Footy was certainly the most positive in regards to Roos actually coming to the Dee's, he said he was nearly 50/50 and is seriously considering all offers. That's big!

Round Robbo: "Huge revelations from Roos.., melb fans should be excited."

Peter Jackson has just played the cards perfectly!!

THANK F@#$ FOR THAT!

over the top excited?

I said couple of weeks ago that we were in the box seat to land Roos because he was turned off by what Brisbane did to Voss. We have better managment and he knows we actually dont have that bad of a list!

CMON ROOSY SIGN THE DOTTED LINE!!!

:-D

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
