GAME DAY - ROUND 1, 2013

Bring back Rivers... Our defense is non existent.

Get fing Terlich on - Frawley or Watts off! Dean Kent should haev been in the side. wtf...

We are the worst football side in the comp and by a long way I am disgusted

After watching Gold Coast last night we are behind them Id reckon

No one in the forward 50 and poor delivery when there is someone.

Sylvia impressive so far.

Gee I just lashed out and order Foxtel, Wanted to watch them every week this year. Can I get my money back.

Must not say overly emotional reactive comments about the list and coach... must....not....

Can't believe I'm just about to head off to my mates place for a BBQ.

He's a Port supporter.

Robert Walls - our fitness isnt up to scratch. A worrying comment for second quarter round 1

A worrying comment from such an astute football mind.

Shannon Byrnes please...

Clearly.....amazing really.

A worrying comment from such an astute football mind.

Well he did say that Essendon were flag favourites after Round 2 of the 2012 season

Ground hog day...again..

Im am so sick of this every f*#king year !!!!

Actually thought we might gel a little and play footy...

Now my attention is focussed on Neeld. He needs to start "Coaching" ..not conditioning.

Season is going to be long one. Neelds recruits gillies, and pedersen not up to scratch. Tapscott is a certain candidate for delisting. Frawley looks really unfit. Struggling to see anything but bottom 2 this season

If be happy to sub of a lazy player now and bring on Blease

A worrying comment from such an astute football mind.

Walls... Check his columns and who he tips vs the actual outcomes... He flounders

I think it was sarcasm.

Howe slots another! Nice deliveries from Rodan and Pederson for the last two.

Playing from behind all day, not manning up, can't win contested ball and foot skills shocking.

Pretty simple really...

The most worrying thing for me is the ease in which port are able to spread and use us like witches hats. It's 18 players on each side! How the [censored] does it happen?! We train all pre season for it.

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
