Second hand info from BigFooty:

"I was there briefly, and it was Dean Terlich, didn't actually see what happened, but I think it was during a marking contest whilst doing match practice, it seemed to be neck or back injury and required a neck brace."

bloody moorabin sprinkler head no doubt, they were always left on overnight

can't understand why they'd train at that dump anyway

You would expect that a neck injury in the goal square would be the result of a heavy landing after flying for a mark.

If its Tommy I'm leaving work to go home and cry

If its Howe im not going back.

Enlarging that photo it appears that the player has number 4 on his back. Possibilites are:

Jack Watts

Lynden dunne

Dean Kent

Rohan Bail or any one else in the 40s

So it isn't confirmed as being Dean Terlich?

I thought that's who it was.

Could be worse and not sure whether back/neck injuries can recover quicker than a cruciate etc? Let's hope that he does not make it to the long-term injury list.

Can we confirm its not Wattsy?

its not wattsy, but it was his fault :)

Really? in the words of Pauline Hanson.............. "Please Explain?'

I think he was being facetious. :)

^ I think it's a joke, everything is Watts fault like the fact we didn't win a flag last year

Without evidence to the contrary assume DC was being humorous. Watts has been blamed for everything from the GFC and the war in Syria to Gangham style

That’s a shame, I was hoping his body started to development some testosterone and he finally discovered some mongrel.....

Was no one there to ask any officials?

How can we not know who it was? This happened hours ago with plenty of witnesses.

Hopefully no news from the Club is good news. Perhaps the ambo was very much a precaution and there is nothing to comment on

I don't really believe it, but here's hoping

Rigoni who took the photo was there 3 hours ago.

Did you not bother going over to check who it was?

Looks like Dees fans dont go to Moorabbin the same way they dont go to Etihad...
