Looking forward to a training report. Would love to know more about Dawesy and Gillies,

And whats the go with Bartram? When do they think he will be back?

Pitty, re Bartram I spoke to him at our last home game and he indicated that he hoped to be back running by Christmas. He wasnt very sure where that would put him Rd 1 but he believed he was a chance.

Look at that frickin' tricep...

Jeez...as a man, you've got to be pretty fit to make those work for you.

Good to see the Big Russian back at training as well! Looking very fit.

So he should be, he's just come back from his honeymoon...

One thing about those photos - if we can't make it as an AFL team, we'll certainly challenge Melbourne Storm in the NRL.

I am totally amazed at how some blokes can appear to bulk up so much in such a short period of time (the 8 weeks during the offseason). Has Nicho always been built like that?

Tom Gillies is a massive unit too! wow no more skinny rakes! add in oliver wines too and its hard not to get excited why we wont be pushed off the ball so easily..

Big Dawesy is already a big fine specimen

Good to see a whole bunch of MEN wearing Red and Blue instead of the little league team of old !!

With the mankini.......you need it big enough for the manufacturers name to be displayed, that way you get a good deal on them....

i noticed that Jones is going for the Paul Chapman "beard/nude-nut" combo

We must not forget that Greg Denham called all our new recruits "Junk" last week.

May they all kick arze in 2013.

It's actually the Alex Perry look, it's just that he's not allowed to wear his sunglasses on his head while he trains.

  • POSTGAME: Carlton

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
