If you consider that Watts finished with Rodan in the time trail, and it sounds like they weren't near the back, I would say that he has made ground.

Blease running with Bail is fantastic news. Buildling up a strong endurance base takes more than one year so we should be expecting him to be at the front. Also, some guys are just natural runners (like Tom Mac) so we don't need to have everyone finishing together. Someone always has to be near the back. The important thing is whether those who were near the back are now quicker then they were.

If the whole group is quicker and ahead of their times from last year then all is good. The fact that there were 10 pb's and many more at the required level or just below is much better than last year. After the first run last year Misson and Neeld made it very clear that our fitness was well below par. By the time the NAB come starts I would expect us to be well placed to be able to run out games next season.

I kept hearing about how many fitness testes were failed last summer (if indeed this was true), I will be very interested to find out at the end of pre-season what our overall improvement is but signs are promising.

Video with Jade rawlings, i tuned out a bit and just watched the boys train ect, Sellar looks fitter imo, Spencer is a big unit, well defined imo, everyone looks good but hard to tell much apart form that from what i saw.

Says we are fitter than last year ect, not a shock to the system this time for the guys who were here last year, everyone is enthusiastic to train now compared to last year.

If anything it reinforces how far back we were last year compared to what was required.

edit - glad and this is the first insight i have had but the watt bike session looked good, very vocal form Misson which i havnt seen before, Royal in there laughing about how hard it is ect but im glad its this full on

Haha very good, I just want him out in the track ASAP I don't even care if he does stuff all running I just want blokes kicking Footys at him all preseason so he learns how too mark!!
