Pah to CS Lewis!!

Obvious Christian proselytising via heavy handed allegory and a bunch of snot nosed pommy kids.

Old Enid's snot noses were far better.

Didn't Noddy feel a little [censored]? Image result for queer meaningEdit:-That auto censor goes too far. It means odd, can I say that?

Just when I am getting interested in the draft, or the Rookie draft, to be more precise, with 3 picks, I hear we will only be using 2 of them.

Best  no more is said on this subject dc, lest we draw the notice of the Golliwogs and then, even the gated community of Borewood, will not be a safe haven.

i was thinking of getting a cavalier king charles spaniel as a guard dog to protect me from the ajax scourge, uncle. should double as a nice tax deduction.

In the interim dc, you could hire a couple of the lads from me ( mates rates ).

The only possible downside is that they may inadvertently stomp your blue hued nocturnal visitors.

I am against animal cruelty DC.

You should invest in a .45 Magnum instead.

...who went one better than CS by actually being on this earth for ALL our premierships! And her predictions were more personnel- than team-focused, foreshadowing the arrival of our Famous 5 and our (now not so) Secret 7. Neither of them particularly snotty-nosed, though. Who is, on our list?

p.s., Bitters; I went to Wikipedia to reminisce about the author of my childhood, and stumbled - with some consequent shock - on the following (if it gets past the censors, and I think it should, being in the public domain anyway). I thought it might appeal to you?...

'Her love of tennis included playing naked, with nude tennis "a common practice in those days among the more louche members of the middle classes".'

Well thanks Tim, I did not know that although I did know Enid was apparently something of a "player".

In that context, it is notable that her cottage was named "Old Thatch".

i wasn't  involved in scouts ,Enid Blighton ,The Fab Five or any other such harmless British hazing of blossoming youth.

I will allow those raised in Blighty to regale us with tales of  not getting any discernible satisfaction.

Surprising to me because I have never found the Bretons that tricky to introduce into the boudoir.

Jefferson and Kentfield looked big and strong.  Petty was doing all the training. Adams looked like he was in rehab.  KE
