Round 11:

Pick 106

Player No.RSNGSTR010

Daniel Hannebery - Sydney

Rising Star had a great season last year, good pick up, was on my list but other positional changes squeezed him out during prioritising.

Quiz results in:

Ox_5 - 4

45HG16 - 3

Jaded - 1

David Neitz had 999 scoring shots.

Really? Is that just his goals and behinds tally? What about out on the full or did not score? I'm sure he would have had more.

Good quiz last night HT.

And Dan Han was a good get, was hoping people had forgot about him.

Interesting, just went over the answers. They do share the same birthday but are 3 years apart. Good research though. :)

HT can I please PM you a few picks for if Eth turns up. I wont be around for a few hours.

I have gotta run - I have sent you a few preferences. Cheers

You'd pick VB over Vince?

Yeah & my 2nd choice would shock.

It was based on building a list & who I expected to be left around when I'd pull the trigger on Adelaide.

Not sure if you guys had heard yet, but whilst out I heard on SEN that Van Berlo has been installed as the newly appointed Captain for the Crows taking over from the retired Goodwin.

    SINKING FEELING by Whispering Jack

Melbourne fans were put through the wringer on Saturday and ended the  night with a sinking feeling as their team suffered a two-point loss to the GWS Giants at the MCG in front of their ailing coach and fell to 11th on the AFL ladder, a game and percentage outside of the top eight. With only four rounds left to play, they must now win every game to advance to the finals. The Demons welcomed back skipper Max Gawn and were off to a flyer as they kicked five goals to one to take a quarter-tim

GOT AWAY by KC from Casey

There was a stage deep in the third term of the game at Casey Fields when UTS Giants fans were deep in despair. Three and a half minutes of time on had elapsed, the rains were coming down, the wind was howling and the lights on the scoreboard on the outer brightly shone like a distress signal as their team’s season sagged on the line - • Casey Demons 6 goals 9 behinds 45 points • UWS Giants 3 goals 3 behinds 21 points. The Giants were being dominated in the wet conditions and whil

    CONSISTENCY by The Oracle

"I think we have got a team that can win a premiership, and if we get in this year, I don't think there is a team that is going to want to play us. This year is not a write-off, I don't concede that. Not at all." — Collingwood President Jeff Browne. I love this sort of optimism from the Magpie President after his club’s eleven goal defeat at the hands of the fast rising Hawks. It’s consistent with the fighting spirit of the club that won last year’s flag.  I only wish I could say the s

    FEARS by Whispering Jack

Melbourne’s worst fears about the absence of Max Gawn were realised when it received a shellacking from Fremantle’s ruckmen Sean Darcy and Luke Jackson who dominated the hit out tally in their game at Optus Stadium on Sunday by a massive 47 to 19. As a result, the 50-point deficit at the end of the game proved to be a loss that was long foreseen that was two years in the making and demonstrated a complete lack of hindsight and planning from the club. To add insult to injury, Jackson was a D
