Getting into the real small stuff now, but Green's head... It looks like it has been chopped off or something. Looks almost pointy.

I also think this image needs replacing (red?).

Yeah I dont see the issue with the glove. He wears a glove, it doesn't take anything away from the banner.

well for a demonland feel i think you should add the text of E25's famous cameron cloke post on your background in blue font (not white cos I'm allergic to it).
