Sam is a very endearing young man with a great disposition. He is friendly, has a terrific laugh and his mates love him. Everything came too quickly to the 'Bleaser' and after that broken leg, he lost his way. He was depressed and started doubting himself and his ability.

I would like to congratulate the club for their support of Sam. It would have been very, very, tough watching his close mates Gysberts and Watts play senior footy whilst he nursed that injured bone.

Good luck, Sam, go for it!

Does anyone know if he has put on much weight?

I met him at a club function and he has certainly been working the upper body. He's not a Beamdog or Jonesy but he's looking strong.

I still remember when his name was called on draft day. I had watched him on u-tube and thought wow this kid looks like the real deal, i thought he would go before our next pick, i forgot all about him until our next pick came up and he was ours.

I was like a kid on Christmas day i yelled out yessssssssss my son come running in and said what are you yelling for, i didn't realize i was that loud. B)

    UP IN LIGHTS by Whispering Jack

    Those who watched the 2024 Marsh AFL National Championships closely this year would not be particularly surprised that Melbourne selected Victoria Country pair Harvey Langford and Xavier Lindsay on the first night of the AFL National Draft.     Demonland Trackwatchers ventured down to Gosch's Paddock for the final week of training for the 1st to 4th Years until they are joined by the rest of the senior squad for Preseason Training Camp in Mansfield next week.
