no. the list manager resigns players as they become willing to sit down and discus contracts he gets approval from both committee and fd, some players don't want to deal , some do they will allocate a certain amount within the cap for graded players and deal accordingly

great post its hard to believe that as a performance based game our list is equal in payment to other lists definitely an inbalance of payment, whilst I enjoy and promote the club at every chance, I cannot understand the payment scheme that's been allowed by this admin, at our local club we don't pay for below average, or else were out of business why aren't clubs in our position paying wage for experience and performance its a natural thing to do in any modern run company
