    was so impressed with they way our list played yesterday but after a long drive home and going over the list i came to the conclusion at least 14 of them werent going to get a game at the bottom 6 in most clubs, awful sort of thought to have but unfortunately some are either lacking skill, height, speed , decision making pedo for instance looked ok , reality is wont make it in a good list . maybe 24th ranked at most clubs and when you have 14 of them its so difficult to mould and squeeze wins out of this just wonder what a supercoach could do with the list still havent and wont give up see you at qb

    after yesterday i still donjt know what the answer is appointing anybody and letting the players play with freedom will see a different attitude and preasure release but yesterday i left the ground with my coaches hat on and looking at the record came to the conclusion every player tried and gave close to his best unfortunately after digesting the list , most werent up to the level of a bottom 6 list player at every other club ive seen this year the did try with everything they had, but what will a new coach give them, new speed, taller bodies, better skills, better decision making?

    gnf nobody is picking on you ,i also dont get any confidence from the coach and dont like his demeanor but being involved from top to bottom at local club level for over 30 years ive learnt a few things about sacking coaches and backstabbing them. but as much as we might dislike somebody we learn to deal in cold hard facts having an opinion on the current coach is fine and thats what makes your passion for our club admirable hope you enjoy the weekend , as im looking to see who matches up on birchall

    dead right mate, ive said all season watch the tapes and you can see exactly whats going on and what hes trying to do the positives seem to be coming out more each week, look at jh he has improved so much from a small tank to a very good fitness level now. actually hes becoming a footballer and not just a highlite real the amount of supporters realising the need for this rebuild are getting more and more each week i have seen every game in victoria this year and can see the very beginning of the build, imagine if we have the coconuts to see it through.ive tried to list the negatives of the fd and the positives by far outweigh them

    why are they not improvements how come other people dont see your WRITING ON THE WALL? fitness backwards is a harsh line, it was 10 years behind every afl club and the BOARD not the fd wanted to bring it up to afl standard and they were told it will take 3 preseasons, now mn might not have wanted this but is doing as instructed re 3 YEAR PRESEASON fitness regime. thats why players were buggered before the start of last season and thats why some of them are battling this season please get that into your head wake up yes

    you asked name something thats improved gave you 3 answers and your still not happy we get it YOU want him sacked and if they deliver another person you dont want as coach heaven help us how come when answers dont suit you go somewhere else? i hope they appoint dean bailey as coach and then we will see some feedback from the wehateneeldfaction

    he has upheld the 3 year fitness program and not melted into winning a couple of games to give into the falseness he has kept younger players back and let them develop and not fallen for the trap of going for the easy fix he is developing the team to play different and adjustable game styles, its apparently the new trend for clubs and hes taken that on board to the chagrin of unenlightened supporters resisted the temtation to draft mids this year and took dawes and clark when they came up, big fellas dont appear on the open market often and a average mid wouldnt help the team this year give me time and i will think of a few other things i dont like the abusing of each other , but some getridofmn posters are putting up false reasons to get thier point across and are not seeing the forest for the trees have a good weekend big fella

    what a load of rubbish show me one anti neeld thread as for saty, hes never picked on me YET i come here to learn interesting facts about our club and admire the lovers of mn s poker face and personality some people come here to poison their own minds and ours

    i hope they get rid of him so you can start a new rant, sheeesh ive had enough of this wasteful tripe i can see some of the problems within that grate a little bit nobody as bad as it gets seems to smile anymore at our club. no matter how bad it is we need a bit of personality and this would be neelds failure some small errors have been made by mn , but all coaches make these i dont think sacking him now will help us financially because of a interim coach speaking more trash will not cash up our club this year so the sacking doesnt have any bearing on this year financially saving us from a couple more thrashings wont get or save the club any dollars whatsoever now the fitness based question has been answered many times and correctly the draft position has been answered correctly the appointment and job to be done question has been answered apart from a lack of personality whats your prob?
