CHANGES: Rd 07 vs Hawthorn
Dangers are clearly Gunston up forward, Burgoyne as the qtr back, Mitchell and Worpel for contested footy, Isaac Smith for his run and Sicily as the tall rebound defender down back. Smith especially always seems to be at his best against us. Need to find a way to use Langdon on one wing and shutdown Smith on the other.

Demonland Player of the Year - Rd 06
Have to say that whilst I didn’t give him a vote, Oscar McDonald played probably his best game for the Dees. He nullified Sam Day and actually ran a few times to rebound the footy. Still got lead feet in marking contest. Last night was the expected standard. I felt with Day and King, May & Oscar combo worked better. Allowed Lever to play intercept. I saw some people gave Lever in the votes. Not in my top 10. Marginally better but still too easily pushed aside in marking contests.

McCartin - should we consider recruiting him ??
Simply no no no no no no

POSTGAME: Rd 06 vs Gold Coast
Yes agree. Langdon showed why he was recruited. His run and pace and carry is what we need. I said it time and time again. Tomlinson is NOT a wingman. No no no. He’s a CHF/CHB. He’s endurance is good and mobility for a big guy. But he’s not agile. Not quick. Of the current stock, Brayshaw would be best option on the other wing although he’s better inside. We are stocked up on inside mids so Brayshaw has to play wing. He’s defensive run needs to improve however. Other option remains Hunt. He should push up to the wing as use his pace and long kicking. Although him and Langdon would be hard to distinguish. One might need to visit the barber.

Jake Lever.. Can someone explain??
Agree with this. I’ve been saying his contested marking is non existent for reasons above. He is a good player and fits better as 3rd defender

CHANGES: Rd 07 vs Hawthorn
No change. But Melksham and Brayshaw on notice. Tmcd probably has a corneal ebrasion (scratch of the cornea). Painful and weeps a lot with sensitivity to light. Need 2-3 days to repair. No contact. But ok to play next Sunday. Would be ok by Friday. I’d still keep Lockhart who did lock down on Ainsworth. He didn’t get it but neither did Ainsworth. Hibberd beat Sexton and rebounded. Jetta had his hands full with Rankine but understandably given Rankine is a talent. Nev is needed right now but starting to show signs of wear and tear this year.

1/2 time good Hibberd Salem Gawn Petracca May omcd Viney Langdon (good run) Inside 50s 23-16 more kicking and accurate (88 kicks, 55 handballs) bad GC got out the back for 2 soft goals goals. Need to punch the footy forwards Need to convert i50s - small-mid to crumb and goal Pickett hannan vberg- Jack Viney Restricted Free Agent
His tackling is A grade. Wrapped up players 4 or 5 times. His kick to Petracca for our first goal was excellent. Needs to get his decision making quicker but better this week- Jake Lever.. Can someone explain??
He’s just going tonight. Needs to be stronger in the marking contest. Getting pushed aside too easily.- NON MFC: Round 06
Andrew Brayshaw played a very good game. Helped drag Freo up to win. Would have been a very handy addition if we’d had the chance to grab him. At 20, he’s still developing but showing signs of a top class mid.- Demons offer Clarkson 5 year deal [2011]
We got Neeld. More talk than Trump. I’ll make this team “the hardest team to play against “. What a statement!! We simply went bacjwards with his bs. Whoever was the decision makers should hang their heads in shame. One G.Lyon may have been a part of the committee.- On the Couch - The Red Zone
Some need to get to the point. Efficiency. You get the footy and then you must make the decision. It’s this area that we struggle in. Decision making and delivery. Simple but critical. Up to the coaches to fix and keep the standard. Not just words. Actions. - Angus Brayshaw
