I can't see any other decision to sack Hird, while it would create another distraction for the club and players i can't see how they can move forward with him, as long as James Hird is coach i feel people will view the bombers as cheats i hope Bomber doesn't keep going after this year and Neil Craig inherits a good list, he deserves another crack at senior coaching i have no doubt if we didn't get Roosy he'd be our coach.

I love how he is a genuine bloke, loves a beer, doesn't take it all too seriously, but is a gun on the field and gives it his all, never seen a bloke be so embraced by the supporters of a team so quickly.

Us by 35, we saw last year what not having an AFL standard midfield does to a team, they don't even have a Nathan Jones to prop them up, the biggest thing will be about if we can kick a winning score, i reckon we will get it out of the middle enough and have so much more of the ball that we will get plenty of opportunity
