6: Jack Watts ( everything he touched turned to gold, reckon he is about to show us why he was a pick 1.) 5: Nathan Jones ( was absolutely everywhere and busted his gut.) 4: Bernie Vince ( if he kicked straight he could have had 30 touches and four goals) 3: Dom Tyson ( made mistakes but 32 touches and a goal and we have a gem on our hands) 2: Lynden Dunn ( was super impressed, his kicking was a real highlight ) 1: Matt Jones ( that chase down of Gilbert, looked very zippy and clean )

I said early in the week i felt it was our game to lose, and after watching the game i still don't feel as though we were outplayed, we have improved so much but it's impossible to win games if you don't kick straight, skill errors can be forgiven, missing the amount of shots we did tonight is the reason we aren't singing the song right now. very happy with how a few of our boys played, Jack Watts looked like a Superstar, Vince is a huge pickup, Toumpas and Trengove were impressive, Nathan Jones looks even better if that was possible.

How hard does Toumpas work! put his head over the ball a few times too! can see this kid proving alot of people wrong!

You just need to hear the way the defenders talk about Jade to know that the bloke can coach.

if we win well tonight and the boys are full of confidence i have no doubt we are capable of seriously pushing Carlton, GWS and GC, other side of the coin is if we lose tonight we could be in for a very long season

Just watching us last year, our midfield only ever beat expansion teams because it was so light on, we now have a solid AFL standard midfield against their kids, we SHOULD win easy.

Another i am not sure is being considered by most is Daniel Cross, knows his footy inside and out, already essentially a playing assistant.

There'll be great opportunities for young players to live up to the expectations of the team and of the club Alan Richardson this alone makes me think Stkilda are in for a long couple of years, they will make the same mistakes we have if they expect Billings and Dunstan to win them games of football.

Sam Blease career average disposals is 11.. he has been around a few years and never really managed to cement a spot Toumpas has had a fantastic pre season, looks hungry and determined to do what Blease hasn't managed to do.
