Talent isn't the problem for Roy from what I've seen. Living in Melbourne & meeting the rigorous demands & pressures of being a professional footballer can be really tough particularly for people from small towns or communities.

29 year old who has averaged 10 senior games a year over the last 5 seasons. Very talented but tends to do too much school yard "speccie" stuff. If he can learn to be a selfless team player he could be very handy. I hope he reads Demonland & it fires him up to prove us all wrong.

Playing players carrying injuries, ignoring good form at Casey, while promoting players not in good form and rushing in players without a run in the reserves are all Goodwin specialities from about 2022.
