They're not as good as their publicity will have them believe. Good old Jack struttin' around preening himself but doing nothing else. Rioli lucky to have 3 kicks in the last 2 games. Pickett, great story last year but looks out of his depth as do a number of others. If you're off your game in this competition it makes you look stupid and they looked it tonight. Be interesting to see if they can break out of it or go the way of the Dogs...

Would probably lead our tackle count at the moment. He doesn't run back hard enough at times but tackling is not an issue, he lays them and they stick. The superstars don't usually chase or tackle...at least he has half of this covered. He could do with hitting the scoreboard a bit more but I agree with the article. It's actually not a bad idea for a young tall to start back and learn the craft. Not sure it's going to happen. ...but with his leap, pace, smarts and ball use he would be a natural.

We haven't even played a game yet with the current coaching structure and you're already potting it. All clubs had to move on assistants and then make decisions as to how they would use their resources. We did have an assigned forwards coach by the way. Was it his fault, the mids coach or Goody that we kept bombing the ball in.

I didn't like it 'John', the only interest was getting the draw because neither side deserved 4 points. To be honest they didn't deserve 2 points. It was a yawn fest of defensive football with poor skills to match. You would have thought they were playing in a bog the way the last Q panned out. Every player in the same part of the ground and no one to kick to when they got the ball.

Midfield too small and too slow. The master coach went in with a tall defence and got cut up by their medium/small forwards. McEvoy isn't a CHB... On the good bloke, champion of the game, ball player, didn't know he got rid of the ball rule he will get $1,500. If it was Harmes or another of ours , he would get at least a week. Probably 2.

This game is the first one I've enjoyed this season... There have been the skill errors you would expect with the lack of prep but they are prepared to play footy. Last night was an abomination.

Do you really think that? I would't but interested to know what this bias is... Maybe it's just me. I mean I guess the only things I watch regularly are the insiders and outsiders... ...and they seem fair to me. I watch the odd drama if it's any good. I tuned out of their radio, it seems a bit boring to be honest. Their footy coverage has lost it's spark. ...but on the whole I think we would be a lot worse off without it.

Round 1 was wrong, no doubt about that. ...but is this a worse team? No May is a genuine key defender. I've yet to see what the Smith hype is, to me he's a Frost mark II but I do like the inclusion of Rivers. A strong kid with a good leg. Kosi is probably the best crumbing forward we've had in a long time but that's coming off the back of not much...Bennell will also be handy at the foot of packs, Jones is not too bad either. So for small type forwards it's the best line up we've had for a long while. Medium forwards with Trac, Fritsch and Melk look pretty decent. Key forward I will give you but we just don't have one...unless Tommy pulls the finger. A lot will rest on him running back into form but I'm not betting on that one. Jackson is a super smart footballer and will give us something different that may be difficult to counter. With Gawn, Oliver, Viney, Trac and probably Harmes against Cripps and not a lot else I think we will be too strong and provide enough opportunities to kick a winning score.
