Darwin game dumped
They can rotate it between Richmond and Collingwood for all I care...it's about time those clubs did some real rather than token travel.

Finals Week 3
Sent a text to SEN this morning asking whether they thought Blicavs would tag Martin, has him covered for run and not a problem when he goes forward...Lyon thought not, I think so... It's the right move to my mind and something that Scott would try. Let's watch what happens.

Bombers Succession Planning
I will be surprised if Worsfold lasts the season, he might not even make it to the starting gate. Just waiting for the press conference & excuse....something like family reasons is my guess.

Chris Masten
Considered a turn over merchant I thought... ...but a better turn over merchant than what we have.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
Not saying that at all 'hardtack', I'm sure our recruiting strategy is based on his AFL performances over his career and then what they think he can do going forward. Those just looking at Saturday night really have no idea.

Allen Christensen
Not all of them....

Willie Rioli Suspended for 2 years
Sumich must have missed the memo 'Pennant'...

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
Not sure you've worded this too well 'Unleash', but if we're not recruiting based on observed performances than we are truly screwed...

Finals Week 2
Nowhere else to put this but watched a bit of the VFL game today, Williamstown v EFC. Nick Meese was amazing, absolutely controlled the game from the ruck. It was a master class in ruck craft. He's put together a great VFL cv...I guess height & shape have gone against him with AFL scouts. Would make a great ruck coach, works the angles well, has ruck craft in spades.

Good see you posting on here 'Purple'...

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
It wasn't the argument 'bin'... ...but anyway I'm over it. Tomlinson will be handy, hope we are not over paying, at least no draft picks are going out the door. A bit vanilla but a bit of an upgrade I guess. Also hope we have more in the pipeline, we definitely need a small forward and Langdon is the type we need on a wing.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
My opinion on Tomlinson doesn't come from one performance... It comes from junior through to senior football. He's never been a big possession winner or had a big influence on games, it's not the type of player he is. We've got him now but don't expect him to make a big difference, will be better than what we have but not sure why we chased him. I hope we have other irons in the fire...

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
Have a look at their injury list during the season, with us they had one of the highest levels of games missed, and to key players. It's a testament to them that they are through to the Prelim & are now getting their team back on the ground. They could even win it. It shows up our excuses...and lack of depth.

WELCOME TO DEMONLAND - ADAM TOMLINSON
Played 20 games in a team riddled with injury. I would think it says nothing either way...

Finals Week 2
Glad you're seeing it like me. Seriously, must have photos of someone in a compromising position to keep getting a game.

Jamie Elliott
He's a huge upgrade on Kent...

If Hawthorn thought that way about Burgoyne where would they be?

Jamie Elliott
He had a great final last week. Not just goal kicking but that smother was sensational. With him Fritsch & Petracca, it would give us some real potency & x factor up forward.

Not really, a couple of years ago it was their biggest problem. They have turned it around quickly (not in light years, in the space of a year), so can we...

You are probably right re the AGM 'Red & Blue'...I hope they don't sidetrack the hard questions. I'm not sure about being brave and brilliant though, the club should always be open to the members. It's the least they can do after a season like this. No members, no club.

Gary & Glen, do you think Hawthorn's focus is to challenge for a Premiership? We challenged this year like all clubs, just came up well short. Sounds like a let out for Bartlett and Pert. I sure hope they are going to discuss the training facility as it is very important to on field performance....

Demons Re-Sign Corey Wagner?
Corey is a goer and handy depth. Won't be much more than that as he lacks the quick reaction time that the really good players have. Just that hair off...

Jones should relinquish captaincy now - Tex did.
One thing I will say about this. Forget the timing, he doesn't need to step down now. No one is at home. Nathan won't be Captain next year...I can guarantee Steele Sidebottom's good one on that.

Rawlings: No Runners Cost Dees
Well actually you can...it's why top clubs buy in experienced free agents... ...but I do get your point. Our lack of good leadership/experience goes back a long way and we're still playing catch up.

Rawlings: No Runners Cost Dees
I think so too 'Macca', my guess is that the game plan may have been too complex for the players. A lot of young coaches over complicate things, funny that the fill in coaches let the players play and results followed. Dimma let go a bit and let the Tiges play and finally got the results. We had a bunch of headless chooks running around and no runner would have fixed that. #lettheplayersplay
