One of those problems can be fixed with coaching. Constant skill error at he age of 24 or 25 means we may have to let the guy go . Frawley and Garland are not in this category . Joel Mac ,Dunn ,McKenzie ,Bartram are .

Well said.There is an important difference between constant skill errors and bad decision making .Some players have one problem ,others have both .The lack of block/shepherding compounds it .

Agree with all of this. Joel Mac is going to struggle.Davey nearly back .Morton showing something(for once). Matty Bate just proving everyone wrong ,Watts losing concentration ,Dunn gone ,Frawley down .Yep a fair and honest assessment of the game and the form of the players .Fumbling/missing targets is killing us .and there is no talk-shepherd etc for the carrier .

I hope the players would be stronger than the supporters because they are actually playing the game . I also hope I am better at drinking beer and talking sh!t than the players. -
Have to throw in big improvements from Morton ,Davey ,Rivers and Bail as my good. Bad were the clangers which were often immediate goals that never had to happen. Ugly :The Double Mac Out Back Combo that comes with free turnovers every time

Can kick/handball Sylvia, Jurrah ,Grimes ,Jetta ,Martin ,Petterd ,Srauss ,Bennell ,Gysberts Guys that cannot hit the target Jordy McKenzie ,Joel Mac ,Bartram ,Dunn ,Morton ,Tom Mc ,Sellars . We are turning over more than BHP at the moment .

Watts is coming along nicely . As you may have seen he hasn't crashed through players leaving a trail of destruction but he has presented nicely and delivered nearly always to a target . He isn't the terminator but he may be a gun utility for us for the next decade .

I've got no qualms about getting rid of "Servants" . The loyalty factor is pretty low in the AFL . If we have a chance to open the prophesied "Window" Then those in their mid twenties that aren't improving must go . Moloney is not one of those . Dunn is ,Batram is ,Joel Mac is ,Green clearly is . We needs 30 "good" players aged 23-28 to have a hope .

I'm divided on this one. I think naughty boys always make the best players. We dont need to handicap ourselves any more than we do by handballing to our opponents every weekend . I understand the coach is trying to enforce discipline but FFS! FREE COLIN ,FREE LIAM!!!

I really dont want him flying back with the flight into an oncoming train just to get stretched off .He got back some confidence yesterday . I really think he will improve back to near his best .Have a bit of faith in Flash .Hes only 27 I think .

What is killing us is the absence/injury of ANY small or quick forwards due to form/injury . Jetta Bennell Evans all being injured or out of touch . We need Jurrah back and Jetta crumbing . Bennell needs one last crack to see if he has what is takes . I say play Bennell ,Morton ,Jetta etc until they get some form or we delist . If we found 2 or 3 quick crumbers in good touch we would be laughing but the role is vacant . We have good strong bodies and big but the skills on our average sized players are letting us down . No one can take the spilling ball 3 metres off the front of the marking contest and we are getting killed there .

I agree with the above changes more or less . The Macs just made too many errors. Bartram was good in the air? for some reason and kicked ok .
