MATCH PREVIEW AND TEAM SELECTION - Round 15
The team we love replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
Looking at the teams on paper, we should win by 4 or 5 goals, even in the wet. Some posters saying that JKH should bring some forward pressure. I really liked his game last year and his ability to get out of trouble with a sidestep. But am I alone thinking that his desire to chase a defender was lacking in the games he's played this year? -
Tell me who he played on.

The source is apparently a bit dopey..

AFL Round 13 - they're all non MFC Games

Frawley's done his pec/shoulder again. -
If we finally have a good run of injuries in 2016, we could be chance. Hawks have one player unavailable at the moment, a kid yet to play a game. That's unheard of for us. Anyway, without knowing who we may pick up/lose with FA/trade, my 2016 team is: Garland McDonald Frost Jetta Dunn Salem Vince Viney Lumumba Watts Hogan Kent Howe Dawes Garlett Gawn Jones Tyson Vandenberg Cross Brayshaw Petracca Unlucky or depth: JKH Toumpas Stretch ANB Trengove Pederson Spencer M Jones Grimes First round pick. Was speaking to BMac at training who said Mitch White could really come on as e rebounding defender. If the youngsters continue to come on, we will finally have good footballers playing in the VFL.

Not worth the coin he's on. -
He's not worth $1m. That's for a younger Ablett, Buddy. Pendles is also a much better player. Scully, not so much. We're covered for insiders could we get Motlop and Jetta for $1m?? Much prefer that!

I agree, Bont also bombs it long too often. Brayshaw makes something happen. Gus hasn't had the tag yet though. -

Gus or the Bont? -
Had to be 500 people there?! Players were great with their time and set up a long table to give autographs to the kids. Hogan the clear favourite.

Misson's comments of interest: * Frost to start running next week! * Kent in full training next week! Ahead of Vanders and Salem, just needs to get fitness back. * Petracca has started running fluently. Stated that most guys coming back from ACLs carry a significant limp. The Gods have finally changed their tune!!

This injury list is out of date. Fitzy was the best player for Casey on the weekend. Vanders and Salem were listed 3-4 weeks in Misson's report the days after the Pies game. They should now be listed as 1-2 weeks, and they were doing run throughs at training yesterday. Its been a couple of weeks since we've seen the video injury report.

David King was just on SEN talking about the best set shots at goal this year (minimum 20). Hogan is the fourth most accurate at 68%. In comparison Jack Riewoldt at 52%. Posters have commented on his stagnated run up. If he keeps nailing them, he could kick on his head for all I care.

Got my stuff in 3 days. Also ordered last year.

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - ANGUS BRAYSHAW

Your hunch is right UF, he just has an impact on the play either offensively or with a tackle. From my observation he started in the centre bounce most often only behind Jones, Vince and Viney. -
Before his foot he was at least average pace for a midfielder. Can remember him chasing down an opponent on many occasions. After coming back from his foot he definitely lost a couple of yards.

I woke up this morning after dreaming an under-manned Dees fought out a gutsy win at the Cattery. Then I picked up the paper and it confirmed we had a great win. Bloody ecstatic!! -
