    And just how do you get Adams into the $cully equation? I think that Daisy will go to Carlscum and open up a great big wad of money in the Pies cap. In the event he doesn't, there is still space with the delistings they've done. It will certainly be an interesting trade period.

    You should know better than to expect reason, logic, consistency or transparency from the AFL commish, Stuie. Of course they'll just make it up and use whatever reasons for whatever outcome they want. That's exactly why they got rid of the formula. They could very well say that it's because they don't like the particular shade of red on our jumpers

    You are probably right about the potential bit Webber. And that could be said about many on our list: they have potential. But he wouldn't be considered a good player yet in AFL terms. Not sure the Bluey counts for much this year, unfortunately.

    Roos would have already established the high value of Nathan Jones' worth ethic and determination to improve. He'd be we'll aware of the character of his younger brother. Sounds very like his older bro. And Nate would certainly be in his, Viney's and Taylor's ears about Zak. Lets get the job done Dees.

    IMO the only ones there that would be considered good ATM would be N Jones, Viney and Cross. Your list has a lot of MFC passengers and a number of untried hopefuls.

    And Vlad won't want to see his beloved GWS lose out on a deal.

    I think GWS want better than pick 19 for Adams. They'd push hard for pick 2 or they'd deal with Coll or another club for their 1st rounder. Somewhere around 7-13 is what they'd push hard for. Hard to tell where the cards will fall. Love the idea of Roos, Viney and Taylor negotiating.

    Ok, then Adams for Martin or Adams and pick 18 (GWS 2nd rounder) for Martin. I honestly struggle to see why they need us involved in the deal. I mean, I'd like it, but it would only complicate the trade.

    I would have thought an easier option would be to cut us out - Rich trade Martin to GWS for Adams and pick 10.
