  1. Head over to BF, where he cops far worse than he ever did here
  2. Indeed. If we win, the life guards will be off duty at the Port Adelaide gene pool Stay safe
  3. He's tough, just cut the thing off, Chick-style!
  4. That's it in a nutshell. Not that Laurie would be delisted, but he's definitely worth more to us over the next two years than what we'd get in a trade or from a late draft pick replacement Not to be a draft revisionist, but there few after his selection that have done significantly more. Gulden, obviously, but he was Sydney Academy, always going to them. McCreery at Collingwood as well.
  5. Clarry's hands are so fast, I'd be surprised if a scan showed up as any more than a blur
  6. Don't think he'd be on big coin, maybe better for his confidence that the club has put trust in him now rather than wait until later
  7. No one here is claiming to be better at picking players than JT or TL. But bloody oath we can have an opinion, otherwise this place would be unreadable vanilla. I think Laurie will improve gradually. We are used to seeing players like Oliver, Bowey and Kossie look good from game 1 (or nearabouts). Not with Bill. There's certainly something about him to work with, two years should be enough to find out.
  8. Thought this was quite an interesting read from (believe it or not) Damien Barrett: BARRETT: No self-pity as under-fire Melbourne confronts its demons - https://www.afl.com.au/news/1095159
  9. 'Filthy' fills a hole down back
  10. Need to put them away in the last. 6 goals min
  11. May and Lever off. Hore as a sub was a master stroke!
  12. Hawthorn half time atmosphere is worse than ours. Crappy entertainment, f'ing loud music, surrounded by hawks supporters (admittedly because I snuck into Haw reserved sest area). Good lord they are a bunch of spent supporters.
  13. Funny that... For years, especially during last year's finals, Collingwood have been kotd by the AFL and umpires. They've had their flag, time to get royally screwed like the rest of us. Welcome back to the pack, Fly!
  14. Me too. Have known so many cocky Hawthorn supporters over my lifetime who just loved sticking the knives in when we were at our lowest. Every sweet win over Hawthorn makes those times disappear just a little more I'm going today. Gonna try and sneak into the Hawthorn reserved seat area on lev 2 Northern stand. I want to bait a few suffering wee and poos
  15. What a truly wonderful result 👏
  16. Whoever takes Sicily, I hope they run him up the ground and put body pressure on him. Keep him away from two of BBB, JVR or Fritter, who remain deeper. Sicily likes to peel off and intercept, make him accountable physically, he hates it. And kick to where he ain't Then Frosty will panic and turn it over
  17. We didn't develop Jack as a professional club should've, but he did like a party... or 10
  18. How do you know that one or more of those four players aren't in the Devil's sights for those early pick trades?
  19. Or what ex premiers are donating towards legal fees to look after their own
  20. But the biomechanics expert will testify that he had no other options and kicking is a football act... 🤔
  21. He was in the back pocket as part of his turning circle after a lead from FF 🤣
  22. Agree, not happy with JVR rucking in the centre or around the ground. Will be interesting to see what the FD do when Fullerton is ready for this level
  23. It's a membership 'replacement' game, is that right?
