He's cooked.

He always used to be paired with Matthew Bate in despatches. e.g why don't we offer Dunn + Bate for [insert name of champion from another club]? Dunny turned his career around, and for a few seasons was a really good player. But, as others have said, the game has now passed him by. And, like others, I wish him the best of luck. Shame that Brisbane has lost interest in him.

I understand his face will be painted orange so he can play the part of an oompa loompa in the next remake of Willy Wonka. PS. The only reason he's retiring is that there was zero interest in him from other clubs.
