Should concave or convex be a better shape for a chest mark? Hopefully not a Chris Dawes trampoline chest anyway.

As my grandpa used to say - one door closes, another opens. A lovely guy but an awful carpenter.

And the whole Venn pair could be enclosed within a larger circle of those who think our only living Premiership coach hasn't a clue. (I am not sure if the larger circle is a part of the classical Venn arrangement - I would have to consult the world's self proclaimed leading expert on Venn diagrams, VPOTUS, Cackling Kamala)

✔️ Maybe they actually have a chat with the coach when first selected, and are told the future plan? Well, I am pretty sure you won't. Chandler laid I think 9 tackles and as I recall on the podcast binman mentioned an insane number of pressure acts or pressure points or whatever. Sure more goals would be nice too, but his is a TEAM contribution.

Please get off Clarry's back. Show some respect!

Thanks for that piece of sanity. Yes, Clayton is not playing up to his lofty standards, but isn’t this Aussie tall poppy syndrome on the part of gutter “journalists” to get clicks? Beat the guy down then feign sympathy if he cracks. Hypocritical 💩💩 His best is THE best but even now he is far better than any who could be called upon to replace him, or are some calling for his head think Laurie or Billings could stand in 10% as well as Oliver? As suggested earlier by another poster, maybe we should try Clarry tagging Neale? Then, would Brisbane have to tag a tagger?

Even those of us who are not conspiracy theorists know why this happens so regularly.

With Gus’ season Eve retirement, and now CP5 season gone, we would be in deep 💩 had Clarry not been here, even below his incredible best.

CASEY: RD 13 vs North Melbourne VFL

We didn't "let Jordon go" - he was a free agent and hadn't much game time at MFC. I strongly suspect that had we known Gus was going t retire we would have made him a far better offer and been able to tell him that he would get much more game time. Hindsight is so easy. Who else other than JVR would do the back up ruck work given that Fullerton who was supposedly bought to play that role doesn't look like getting a game? Re Jordon - see above

		Goals per quarter

Thanks Goffy A great summation on what we were and what we are. Can you please go and give the guys a pep talk, or coach the coaches?

Clarry is our leading disposals per game player (though sadly and maybe explaining our dire position) number 43 in the AFL. CP5 is our next best at #50 and that won’t help for the remainder of the season 😢 Next, at #80 is JV7. No others in the top 100. Maybe that helps explain our season.

Who was the first and only player ever to be suspended for wrestling? Alen Jackovich ( MFC) Who was the first and only player to be suspended for a nearly but missed high tackle? Brett Moloney (MFC) Who was the first player to be suspended for a sling tackle (allegedly causing concussion, though being BOG the following week?) Jack Trengove (MFC) on Patrick Dangerfield (Adelaide) Does paranoia need to be unfounded conspiracy, or does actual conspiracy also count? We were already, this year, when JVR laid a tackle v Carlton (of course) and we scored a winning goal only to be called back for what was universally called out as a staged sling. No MRO there - Carlton exclusions apply. Yes, I am paranoid. My pet hobby horse. A player will some day break his neck when driving headlong into an opponent’s midriff and the opponent will be vilified and made to have lifelong guilt. If every player who did this was penalized every time it would stop immediately, and a true tragedy may be avoided. But the AFL will do nothing until it happens then wring their hands with faux shock and surprise. Far from the first head high attack by Lethal 😡

		Welcome to Demonland Matthew Jefferson

Well it certainly wasn’t a Casey form selection, since that farce of a competition didn’t start for at least another week. Talking as if Fullarton is a rookie, not a ?4th year AFL player. So looking for development from a 4+ year player is pretty bloody optimistic, and hasn’t exactly been a great back up either with taller forwards going down right, left and centre But maybe learning “the Melbourne way” of playing Jack in the pack in a crowded forward line is just what he needs to learn 😡🤯
