Yes final quarter fadeouts are a massive issue and have cost us several games. But our profligate wasting of shots at goal earlier in games leave us vulnerable, and opposition know this and that they can run away from us. If we got 5-6 goals ahead by ¾ then the opposition would maybe feel less optimistic. Of course we will never know because we continue to be pathetic at finishing, before we are exhausted.

Good points re the fringe players NB Woey and Laurie. Neither seem up to it. Did you forget Kylan Brown? 10 tackles for Casey yesterday. Where does he play at Casey? Would he be worth a try at half forward where tackling pressure is desperately needed?

Well with the benefit of hindsight, Bison and Spreadsheet will serve us very well, long after Houston has rocketed off into the unknown depths of space. His first quarter v Hawks was nothing short of brilliant for any player, let alone a first year player.
